Die PETER DÖHLE Schiffahrts-KG ist ein maritimer Dienstleister mit Wurzeln in Hamburg und Heimathäfen auf der ganzen Welt. Zur Verstärkung unserer IT Abteilung suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Business Analyst (m/w/d).

Fundierte Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse, Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie deren kontinuierliche Umsetzung zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Effektivität
Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zur Entwicklung von ganzheitlichen Prozessabläufen und -strategien
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Digitalisierung von Dokumenten und Workflows
Verantwortung für die Anforderungen an das DMS-System mit dem Ziel, es weiter auszubauen und zu optimieren
Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von automatisierten Lösungen und Begleitung der Projekte bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
Schnittstelle zwischen den operativen Einheiten und der internen IT sowie externen Dienstleistern, um Anforderungen zu klären und Lösungen zu erarbeiten
Unterstützung des Change-Prozesses durch zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation bei Analyse und Umsetzung

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ähnliche, idealerweise IT-orientierte Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Prozessanalyse, -optimierung und -automatisierung
Fundierte Kenntnisse in digitalen Transformationsprozessen und in der Implementierung von Workflow-Lösungen
Ausgeprägte, zielgruppengerechte und überzeugungskräftige Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Stakeholder Management
Erfahrung im Product Ownership, idealerweise im Kontext von DMS-Systemen
Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Kenntnis des d.3 Systems und haben M365 basierte Prozessoptimierungsprojekte begleitet
Verständnis für das „Big Picture“ von End-to-End Prozessabläufen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Systeme und Prozesse in übersichtliche und umsetzbare Arbeitspakete herunterzubrechen
Hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft, in einem dynamischen Umfeld Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission

PETER DÖHLE Schiffahrts-KG is a provider of global maritime services with roots in Hamburg and home ports all over the world. We see ourselves as a traditional and at the same time future-oriented group of companies that provides customised solutions for the entire shipping industry. To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for you as an Business Analyst (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

In-depth analysis of existing business processes, identification of optimization potentials and their continuous implementation to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Collaboration with various departments to develop holistic process flows and strategies
Development and implementation of strategies for the digitization of documents and workflows
Responsibility for the requirements of the DMS system with the aim of further expanding and optimizing it
Supporting the implementation of automated solutions and accompanying projects through to successful implementation
Interface between the operational units and internal IT as well as external service providers to clarify requirements and develop solutions
Supporting the change process through target group-oriented communication during analysis and implementation

Your profile

University degree in business informatics, business administration or similar, ideally IT-oriented qualification
Several years of experience in process analysis, optimization and automation
Sound knowledge of digital transformation processes and the implementation of workflow solutions
Strong, target group-oriented and persuasive communication skills
Stakeholder management
Experience in product ownership, ideally in the context of DMS systems
Ideally, you have knowledge of the d.3 system and have accompanied M365-based process optimization projects
Understanding of the “big picture” of end-to-end process flows and the ability to break down complex systems and processes into clear and actionable work packages
Strong teamwork skills and the willingness to actively shape change in a dynamic environment
Very good language skills in German and English
